Dunnage Air Bags Inner liners are made entirely of virgin 100% Polypropylene PP, with varying thicknesses, between 90 to 100 microns, and the outer layer is manufactured from durable, woven PP cloth, according to specific application specifications. The size of the filled voids varies between the minimum of 10 cm, and up to the maximum of 40 cm size, depending upon the width size of the filled bag. Standard sizes are 60 cm, 90 cm, and 120 cm widths. Except for these standard sizes, we can also provide customized sizes according to the demand of the client or minimum order quantities if it fall under normal business orders.
